Farrah Abraham's Boy Toy Simon Reveals Dirty Sex Secrets: 'She Gets Her Satisfaction'

Farrah Abraham has been constantly fighting with Simon Saran on the current season of Teen Mom OG. But her on-again, off-again boyfriend exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that their relationship isn't as tumultuous in the bedroom!
"She definitely gets her satisfaction when we are in the bedroom," he exclusively told Radar. "So I sometimes question why she takes it out on me outside of the bedroom."
On recent episodes, Abraham has jousted with her man for walking on her rug, refusing to propose and being uninvolved in her 7-year-old daughter Sophia's life.
"It's definitely an adventure," he said of their romance. "Some really good moments and some really awful moments. But that's what keeps it interesting."
Despite their romance troubles, Saran praised their sexual relationship.
Earlier this month, he posted nearly naked Snapchats of Abraham in bed with her permission.
"She even struck a few poses, but those are for my eyes only," he teased.
When asked if they're officially dating or are just "friends with benefits," he responded, "I think we're going to wait for that answer."
