Comedian Marty Allen Dies At 95

Beloved comedian Marty Allen has passed away at age 95. The famed funnyman was pronounced dead this Monday after suffering complications from pneumonia.

He would have celebrated his 96 birthday on March 23.

Allen's devastated rep confirmed the tragic news to ET, saying in a statement: "It is with great sadness to let you know that Marty Allen, an American comedian, actor, and veteran of World War II passed away this evening in Las Vegas with his wife Karon Kate and family by his side."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Allen was most famous for his live comedy appearances during the '70s and '80s, when he shared the stage with big Hollywood names such as Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley.

He also had a few stints on TV, where he played hilarious parts in theatrical films such as The Great Waltz.

He will be remembered fondly by all.

RIP Marty Allen.
