RadarOnline.com previously reported that Lewis and Clark sued Chip, 42, and Joanna, 39, for convincing them to sell their shares in Magnolia Realty just days before HGTV couple announced that their show was picked up.

The men claimed they had known the family for years and never "would have never agreed to sell" their shares for only $2,500 if they had known about the Gaines' new gig.

Their attorney claimed that "they tried contacting" Chip when they realized they were deceived but he never responded to his ex friends. Meanwhile, Chip claimed that they never reached out before filing suit.

The home improvement couple is also being sued by a fan that was injured at the Magnolia Silos. Again, the couple denied any wrongdoing and claimed that her injuries could have been avoided if she "was paying attention."
