It's day three of Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that, according to phone records, Andrea Constand called the comedian 53 times after he allegedly drugged and raped her -- a fact that Cosby's team is attempting to use against Constand, dubbing the former Temple University employee an "obsessed caller."

But the state tore apart the defense's portrayal of Andrea, revealing that prior to each call to Cosby, there was a call to Andrea’s own number. At the time, that was how one retrieved voicemail messages. The state established that the calls to Cosby were in fact, in response to calls he had made to Andrea. As Andrea had mentioned while on the stand Tuesday, she felt obligated to keep in contact with Cosby since he was a trusted board member at Temple. The state reminded the jury of this on Wednesday, stating that as a Temple employee, when Cosby called, it was Andrea's duty to call him back right away.

And in an interesting turn of events, the state pointed out that the calls to Cosby stopped in March 2004 after Andrea left her job at Temple and had no more business with the now 79-year-old.
