Back To Court! Bill Cosby Sex Case Retrial Date Set For Fall

RadarOnline.com has learned the sexual assault retrial of Bill Cosby will begin Nov. 6 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the jury in the comedian’s first trial was deadlocked, and after five days of deliberation, a mistrial was declared.
Almost immediately, prosecutors announced they would push for a retrial.
Cosby, 79, faces charges for allegedly drugging and molesting Temple University employee Andrea Constand in his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, mansion in 2004.
