Bill Cosby Defense BASHES Accuser In Closing Statement, Calls Claims A STONE-COLD LIE

While Bill Cosby did not testify in his own defense during the closing statements of his sexual assault trial on Monday, the comedian's lawyer delivered a fiery appeal to the jury, arguing that his client's prosecution was “nonsense” driven by rumors and media attention.

In a brief six-minute defense on the sixth day of the celebrity's sexual assault trial, Brian McMonagle accused Andrea Constand of telling “a stone-cold lie," while coaxing the seven-man, five-woman jury that the former Temple University employee lied “time and time and time again," making reference to her changing statements.

The prominent Philadelphia defense attorney, who is seeking Cosby's full acquittal, said of Constand in his two-hour closing statement, “She said one thing yesterday, another thing today. What's she going to say tomorrow?”

Brian got dirty, constantly victim bashing Andrea, painting her out to be someone who was in a consensual relationship with Cosby and who wasn’t honest. Insisting Andrea was a “lover” of the comedian — not a victim, McMonagle questioned her on the basis that the two willingly sat by the fire, drank Cognac, and burned incense together. "That wasn't romantic?!" he bellowed.
