Page Six reported that McDermott was “’dodging’ the people trying to serve him court papers” earlier this week. But another source reportedly claimed Dean was not 'dodging' and only recently found out about the case.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that McDermott, 50, and Spelling, 44, are in enormous debt, and McDermott hasn't paid Eustace, 55, child support for their son, Jack, 19. Eustace claimed in bombshell court papers that McDermott traveled to Iceland and Mexico instead of paying her $750 twice a month for their son.
