Earlier this year Gunvalson debuted her new man on Instagram, writing "I'm happy tonight, country dancing, cowboy, Scottsdale," on a photo of her date. But does she know about the fall-out from this 1999 incident involving Losey?
He was arrested for aggravated assault that year after an altercation with a woman who claimed she was trying to stop him from attacking his then-wife, Sarah.
His accuser, Tammie Jordan, claimed Jack pushed her during an ensuing scuffle, and she fell into a bonfire, where she suffered painful first- and second-degree burns.
According to legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Losey turned himself into the police.

His lawyers later argued that the witness statements given to cops were false and misleading.
They claimed that Jordan, seen here, was actually the aggressor, and said that Losey was just trying to defend himself.
Her injuries, they said, were just an unfortunate accident.
The court records also claim that Losey was on probation for a weapons misconduct charge at the time.
No record of the verdict in the case survives.
Neither Losey nor Gunvalson have commented on reports of the incident.
