As a mother of three, Kourtney Kardashian has her hands full with her young family. However, a source close to the reality star told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she is "feeling overwhelmed" with them lately since Scott has "basically disappeared" from their lives.

"Kourtney is a great mom, but she is the only parent in the picture right now and it is a lot of work to take care of them all and still film the show and deal with their appointments," the source said. "When Scott was living there he definitely was a help, and now that he isn't there she shoulders all the responsibility."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Disick entered rehab in Malibu last month to deal with his addiction issues.

And even before that, he was partying around the world for weeks while Kardashian carried the load solo at home in California with Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian met with the Marriage Boot Camp counselors, but her baby daddy was nowhere to be found.

"Kourtney misses the way things were before," the source told RadarOnline.com. "She was happy when she lived with Scott because he took care of the kids. When he is there he is a great parent, there is no doubt about that."

So is a reconciliation in the works? "If Scott ever started acting like his old self then Kourtney would totally consider getting back together with him. She misses him being an equal parent and not just a part-time parent," the source explained.
