The 33-year-old interior designer— and admitted former escort— lived in the one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in New York's trendy West Village neighborhood.

The Prewar building featured new kitchen appliances, but no central air or washer/dryer!

Despite his apparent success, the sexy former model was accused of failing to pay his $2,200 per month rent for more than three months in 2012. His livid landlord filed a lawsuit to get him legally kicked out of the building.

In March 2013, a judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff, and an eviction warrant was issued to the city marshal. (It does not appear that he was able to pay up last minute and save his place.)

Now, life is looking up for Sepulveda. The single stud's being courted by ten sexy suitors on Logo's dating competition show, Finding Prince Charming!
