As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the former vice chair of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign has been battling a shaky relationship with hubby of six years.
Just this past month, sources revealed the political staffer "almost divorced" from her sick sexting husband.
While the 52-year-old politician pled guilty to sexting a 15-ear-old girl, Abedin has hesitated on serving him with divorce papers because he "plays a very strong role" in raising their son.
According to reports, he is facing up to ten years in prison for his obscene crime.
