The Project Runway: Under The Gunn designers are starting to feel the pressure as the competition heats up on Thursday night’s episode.

In a new sneak peek, the designers take part in the first team challenge of the season and must work together to create "mini collections."

Tensions begin to rise when Nick’s team -- Natalia, Oscar and Stephanie -- heads to MOOD Fabrics and can’t seem to agree on a concept.

“We really aren’t working as a team,” Stephanie admits. “We haven’t talked about how these pieces will tie together.”

Unable to work together, Oscar runs off and isn’t paying attention to what Natalia and Stephanie are doing.

“Nick’s design team is a dysfunctional group. Things aren’t going well,” host Tim Gunn reveals.

The drama continues as the mentors are thrust into new territory when they learn that mentors are also therapists -- and referees!

Watch the preview, and tune into Project Runway: Under The Gunn Thursday, Feb. 20 at 9/8c on Lifetime.
