Lindsay Lohan -- Mending Fences At Scene Of Rooftop Party

Lindsay Lohan has gone from building a defense -- to building a fence.

On the same day a judge chastised the Mean Girls star for using poor judgment for throwing a rooftop BBQ party at her rented Venice Beach townhome while on house arrest, the actress had a bamboo fence installed on her rooftop to keep prying eyes at bay.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lohan, 24, appeared in court Thursday, but dodged a bullet when the judge ruled that even if the troubled starlet did drink alcohol, she was not in violation of her probation.

After the hearing, Lindsay tweeted: "Thank you to all of my fans for your support. Sending you Love and Light. xo"

Lindsay's house arrest -- related to the theft of a $2,500 necklace --is expected to end before Lindsay's 25th birthday, which is July 2.
