“I think I can handle it,” Kim told a cosmetologist who injects her face on Sunday’s episode of her reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“I have a really high tolerance for pain.”

But Kim’s younger sister, Khloe, said her sisters was “stupid” for using it. “This is disgusting. I hate needles!” Khloe, 26, said.

When Kim left the doctor’s office and met up with her sister at Beverly Hills restaurant Chaya, the buxom black haired beauty began to have an allergic reaction.

After applying a makeshift ice pack, Kim’s eyes were so irritated she had to leave the restaurant and later broke out with major bruising.

“I’m never doing this again… at least not until I’m 40,” Kim told her family, after learning that her bruises were a natural result of the injections.

After consulting her doctor, who assured her she was far too young to even consider using the anti-aging injection, Kim agreed that she’ll probably wait a few more years before going under the needle again.

Meanwhile, Kourtney and Kendall decided they were going to crack their mom Kris Jenner’s smoking habit.

With step-dad Bruce Jenner in on the plan, the sisters pretended that 14-year-old Kendall Jenner was hiding a smoking habit.

When Kris caught her in the backyard with a cigarette, the family forced the Kardashian matriarch to realize how her habit was hurting everyone.
