RadarOnline.com has photos of the sexy reality mom as she headed into her local salon Planet Nails for a manicure and pedicure on Tuesday in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Kate looked cool in a frilly, silver tank top, matching stiletto heels and silver shoulder bag.

The 35-year-old mom definitely has her hands full now that her new TLC reality show Kate Plus 8 has resumed filming and all eight kids are in school full time.
