The toned and tan TLC star enjoyed the sunny day (and a few lollipops) as she navigated her children through the Big Apple. Kate’s spent a few days this week in the city that never sleeps, having taken in a Lady Gaga concert at Madison Square Garden Wednesday.
A few paces behind, as always, was Kate’s trusty bodyguard Steve Neild.
