Wearing denim shorts, and with her hair in need of a visit to the salon,  Kate and her kids spent Memorial Day morning at their Wernersville, PA home.

With Dancing with the Stars now behind her, Kate's new TV effort is Kate Plus 8.  It kicks off June 6 on TLC.

It's been a year since Jon and Kate Gosselin split.  And for her new TLC series, Mrs. Gosselin is billing herself "Clean Slate Kate."

But that doesn't mean she's entirely done with her ex.  Jon Gosselin wants to change his custody agreement with Kate, and has hired a new attorney to spearhead his case.
