Wednesday Night's Alright For Idol, Elton Benefit

Who better to spearhead a special edition of American Idol than Mr. Philadelphia Freedom himself?
With that in mind, Elton John is set to perform on Idol Gives Back, a special from the show on behalf of the Elton John AIDS Foundation, in the global effort to raise awareness for and to end HIV/AIDS.
American Idol: Double Elimination!
The Rocket Man singer will be flanked by a smorgasbord of talented performers, including the likes of Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood, The Black Eyed Peas, Annie Lennox, Jeff Beck & Joss Stone and Mary J. Blige & the All-Star Band.
