EXCLUSIVE: Next Step In Bullock Divorce - Jesse Will Be Served

Jesse James will be served with a petition as the next step in Sandra Bullock’s divorce, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The divorce papers were filed in the District Court of Travis County Texas in the 261st Judicial District on April 23rd.
Now RadarOnline.com has learned that the next step is James will be served and officials say that he can be served by the Travis County court constable or a private processor. It’s more likely that he will be served by a private processor, since its such a high profile case.

If James fails to file an answer to the divorce within 20 days, Sandra gets to physically show up to court to finalize the divorce decree herself.
