VIDEO: Kate Gosselin – Dancing Diva Rumors ‘Unfounded, Ridiculous’

Kate Gosselin said that a published report claiming the reality TV mom has acted like a diva around her Dancing With The Stars peers is “unfounded” and “ridiculous,” has learned.

“If you meet me, you’ll realize I’m just like moms everywhere working,” Gosselin said during an appearance on The View Wednesday. “I have kids to provide for.”

Perhaps one source of tension among her colleagues: While the others are practicing in the Los Angeles area (where the show films), Kate’s dance partner Tony Dovolani is teaching the mother-of-eight how to dance in the basement of her Wernersville, Pennsylvania home, so she doesn’t miss out on time with her children.

Gosselin, 34, said she’s too focused on earning money to support her children to engage in a celeb rivalry; she added she has been to LaLa Land once for show-related duties, and everyone involved “was wonderful,” and that she “had a great time.”
