Lauren Conrad was tight-lipped when asked about her one-time pal Heidi Montag’s surgically-enhanced new look on Good Morning America Wednesday, saying diplomatically, “It’s a look.”
Montag admitted recently to undergoing ten surgeries in a day, revealing a newer, different look.

Conrad, formerly of The Hills, said she has not been under the knife herself, adding, “I think it’s a personal choice — everybody’s different … everybody needs to do what’s good for them.”
