Simon Cowell is a man of good taste. Not only did he decide to ask the lovely Mezhgan Hussainy to be his bride, he gave her a classically elegant engagement ring.
It's large without being garish, and designed to show off the woman wearing it, not the other way around.
RadarOnline.com was the first to reveal the American Idol judge's engagement. Mezhgan told RadarOnline.com last week that indeed the couple is getting married.

Mezhgan is the head make-up artist on American Idol, and a favorite among everyone who works on the show. Simon and she began dating last spring and he flew her to London in October to attend his 50th birthday bash in London.
Simon, says his publicist Max Clifford is "the happiest I have ever seen him in the nine years I've been working with him."
