Michael Lohan virtually drew a road map for TLC's lawyers, showing them where Jon Gosselin cashed in on his fame in ways that the networks says violated his contract.
In an exclusive video interview with RadarOnline.com, Lohan revealed what he said while being deposed Wednesday in New York by Williams & Connolly, the law firm representing TLC in its breach of contract lawsuit against the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.
"Michael Heller and I were bringing deals to the table for Jon," Lohan told RadarOnline.com. "The first deal I secured for him was with In Touch Magazine. He got paid for that. Then we brought him a couple of deals in Vegas and that was arranged by Mike Heller...but the agreement was that any deals brought by Mike or myself, we would share in."

As RadarOline.com first reported exclusively, Lohan introduced Jon Gosselin to attorney Michael Heller and together the two began brokering money deals for Gosselin in the months following his separation from Kate.
Lohan says Jon was paid $20,000 for his exclusive with In Touch and $5,000 for an appearance at Prive Nightclub in Las Vegas-Plus $1500 in chips. Other deals included a book, which ultimately fell through but "would have made Jon a lot of money."

Lohan says many of these deals were paid out in cash and he never saw most of the money owed him. "It's probably tens of thousands," he told RadarOnline.com. "There were a lot of wrong things done."
Lohan was deposed by Paul Gaffney, a partner at Williams & Connolly. Gaffney is the lead attorney on the case and a court action for a preliminary injunction against Jon has been moved to Dec. 10. Kate Major was also deposed by TLC on Wednesday and Hailey Glassman is scheduled to be deposed Dec. 7.
