Brian Bosworth has pleaded no contest to a single misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher, and as part of a deal, another charge of driving under the influence has been dismissed against the former NFL player turned actor, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Bosworth's attorney appeared on his behalf in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday morning.
Bosworth was arrested in Hollywood last March on suspicion of driving drunk and was later charged.

Bosworth rose to fame as a University of Oklahoma linebacker before retiring three years into a 10-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks due to a shoulder injury.
