A somber and smart looking Kate Gosselin picked up her twins, Mady and Cara, from the school bus stop Tuesday in Reading Pennsylvania.

Kate arrived late at the bus stop, after a brief in court showdown with soon to be ex-husband Jon.
The couple thrashed it out in court earlier in the day, with the judge ordering Jon to pay back the $180,000 he took from the couple’s joint bank account without permission, and asking Kate to provide accounting of past expenses by their next court date of October 26th.

“As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children,” Kate said in a statement. “Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.”
