With mom Kate Gosselin and dad Jon Gosselin on both coasts for media appearances, the Gosselin family nanny accompanied the couple’s oldest, twins Cara and Mady, to the bus stop for the second straight day on Tuesday morning in Wernersville, Pennsylvania.

The nanny, clad in a brown jacket and blue jeans, helped one of the twins, who turn nine-years-old Thursday, retrieve their school bags from the car; the other one waved goodbye as she boarded the bus.
