There is more drama to be had for Kim Zolciak of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta. RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that she is being sued by her music producer, causing her to take her song Tardy for the Party off of iTunes on Monday afternoon.

“This producer Don Vito is suing her for not paying him so she doesn’t have the rights,” a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. Her official website is also down, “possibly for similar reason” the source hinted.
