Peter Falk’s Estate Still Up For Grabs

A final decision has yet to be made regarding Columbo star Peter Falk’s estate after a judge ruled on Monday to continue the conservatorship hearing until May 27. Currently, his second wife Shera has power of attorney over Falk’s estate and has been engaged in a legal battle with one of his adopted daughters Catherine.
Judge Aviva Bobb ruled that on the May 27 it will be decided who is in control and also whether or not Catherine can visit her father who is suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease.

“I’m pleased with today’s decision,” Catherine’s attorney Troy Martin told RadarOnline.com.
