'Martin' Star Tommy Ford Dead — See His Final Hospital Bed Photo!

Martin star Tommy Ford has died at 52, and RadarOnline.com has his final hospital bed photo!
The TV fave was hospitalized on Sunday in Atlanta with a ruptured abdominal aneurysm.
Less than one hour before his death, radio host Tariq Nasheed posted a photo from his bedside.
"Let's continue to keep him in our prayers and send healing energy to him," Nasheed wrote, amid reports the actor had passed.
Ford had actually posted that photo himself just two weeks before, as he was hospitalized for knee surgery.
And over the past week, he had seemed to be on the mend, posting photos of his recovery:

Unfortunately, that recovery was short-lived.
Social media condolences have started to roll in, with actress Jackée Harry tweeting, "My condolences to the family of Thomas Mikel Ford. 'Tommy' was an extremely funny & talented man. May he rest in power."
RHOA star Claudia Jordan tweeted, "It's confirmed... Tommy Ford has passed away. Rest in Paradise brother."
