Teresa Giudice Reveals 'Disgusting' Blood & Urine Stains Were On Her Prison Bed

For her first interview on Watch What Happens Live since completing a nearly yearlong prison sentence, Teresa Giudice revealed just how hard her first night behind bars was.
"I was numb. I was going through the motions. When you first get there, they strip search you. You have to bend down, cough, something I had never done before. I felt humiliated," she told host Andy Cohen on Tuesday's show. "I get to my room. I met the other girls in my room. They were really nice."
However, the conditions in the RHONJ star's cell were less than desirable and nothing like the swanky family home she left behind.
"There were urine stains and blood stains on the mattress. It was disgusting. The other girls helped me make my bed, I was exhausted," she added of her first night's stay at the Danbury, Conn. federal prison.
When asked if she holds herself accountable for fraud, the reality star confessed that she should've been more careful when signing financial paperwork in the past.
"I signed papers without reading them and before I ever do that again. I'm going to make sure whatever I put my John Hancock on, that I understand fully before signing any other papers in the future and I plead guilty to what I did," she insisted. "I got sentenced. I served eleven and half months. I apologized to the judge. I did my time."
"My restitution is paid, thank God," she added, admitting that she's more worried about husband Joe (despite extensive cheating rumors) than herself.
Teresa's juicy prison memoir, Turning The Tables, is now available.
