One Kid & Conked Out! New Dad Derick Dillard 'Can Barely Get Any Work Done'

RadarOnline.com can reveal that proud papa Derick Dillard is having a tough time after returning to his job as an accountant at Walmart's home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

"Poor guy — he's up all night with the baby, then he has to go to work and have his co-workers asking him all kinds of questions about his wife, their newborn baby, the rest of the family and the TV show,” an insider close to the large clan tells Radar. “He can barely get any work done!"

Dillard, 26, has found at least one clever way to escape and take a much-needed break from the non-stop questions and chatter. "He eats his lunch in his car," laughs the insider, adding the reality dad "may even take a little nap, but no one would blame him if he did."

Duggar and Dillard, 23, married last June and welcomed their baby son Israel on April 6, 2015 — less than ten months later.

It turns out Dillard isn't the only one having problems adjusting to parenthood.

"Jill's having a very tough time with her recovery and Derick is right there with her helping out as much as he can,” the insider tells Radar. “The last thing he needs at work is to be peppered with questions when he's trying to get his work done."
