Camille Grammer scored a major victory in her bitter legal battle against ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, this week, with a judge allowing the reality star to depose her ex over his finances in order to collect the $121,000 she was awarded in the case, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

As reported, the former couple slapped one another with dueling lawsuits last year: Grammer accused Dimitri of domestic violence following an incident in a Texas hotel room back in 2013, while he fought back with his own lawsuit, claiming the ex-RHOBH star had fabricated her story and damaged his reputation.

Since then, a majority of Dimtri's claims against Camille have been thrown out by the judge, allowing Grammer to demand the $121,307.66 from her ex in attorney fees, which she is legally entitled to.

In an attempt to avoid paying his ex, Dimitri filed court documents claiming he didn't have the money. The signed affidavit stated that he is "currently working in construction" and his "income has ranged from $5,000 to $7,000 per month," with expenses exceeding earnings.

Dimitri reported that "he only has one bank account and that account currently has less than $200," claiming his Bank of America balance in October was only $11.10. In his request to the judge, Dimitri claimed that he would immediately pay Kelsey Grammer's ex if he came into money.

But on December 6, the judge came back with his decision, siding with Camille once again.

"This is not a case in which Grammer is anticipating a recovery against Charalambopoulos and seeking discovery prematurely; she is entitled to such a recovery by statute, and she is seeking discovery only because Charalambopoulos asserts that he cannot comply with the court's award," he said of the matter.

Now, Camille has the power to serve her ex for proof of his financial situation in order to get her awarded payout.
