Josh Duggar has sworn he's never met the woman suing him for beating her during sex— and he claims to have proof to back it up. But porn star Danica Dillon has her own ammo in the $500,000 legal battle, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In U.S. District Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Christian father of four's lawyer says Dillon's Philadelphia-based attorney, Marc Frumer, has offered to provide photographs supporting her case.

The contents of the photographs are unclear, but as RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 29-year-old adult film actress claimed Duggar, 27, choked her and called her demeaning names during two paid sex sessions last spring. She alleged that they had met at a Pennsylvania strip club in March.

In addition, a source claims Dillon is subpoenaing the strip club in question, as well as various eyewitnesses.

"Her team thinks they can get people to back up her story," a case insider told RadarOnline.com.

However, Duggar has stated he has Uber receipts and flight receipts proving he was not in Pennsylvania at the time of the alleged incidents.

On January 19, a judge ordered Dillon, legally known as Ashley Stamm-Northup, to provide the Defendant with medical and business records as proof of her half million dollars in physical and emotional damages.
