The jury has spoken in Jenelle Evans's assault and battery case against her ex-fiancé's girlfriend! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the outcome of the Teen Mom 2 star's ongoing legal battle.

"The trial is over and she was found not guilty," Evans's lawyer Amy Lawrence-Lovely told Radar.

Evans was arrested on August 20, 2015 for allegedly throwing a glass at Nathan Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry's head.

The mother-of-two requested to face a six-person jury in the case, which was granted.

If the reality star was found guilty at the Friday, April 22 trial, the jury could've sent her to jail for up to 30 days.

Evans believes the accusation made against her was Griffith's way to help him in his custody case for their 1-year-old son Kaiser.

"Jenelle thinks that Nathan is just using this to try and manipulate her in their custody case," a source told Radar.

Evans turned to Twitter to express her excitement over the court's decision.

"I'll be happy to tell you first… not guilty," she wrote.
