Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship continues to progress at warp speed, but could her ex Gavin Rossdale derail her plans for her happily ever? RadarOnline.com has learned that if she decides to move to Oklahoma with her new man, nothing in her divorce agreement is stopping her.

Stefani and Rossdale share joint custody of their children, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, Apollo, 1.

But according to a source close to the situation, "There is no clause in Gavin and Gwen's divorce settlement stating that both parties have to remain living in Los Angeles until their youngest son turns eighteen. They share joint custody of the kids, but there would be nothing stopping Gwen from moving to Oklahoma to be with Blake."

"However, there are no current plans for Gwen to move and she would never take the boys away from their dad," the source said. "Gavin and Blake are happily spending time together in Los Angeles. They travel back to Oklahoma, but their base will continue to be Los Angeles."

Most celebrity divorces aren't that amicable. For example, Halle Berry is required to live in Los Angeles with daughter, Nahla, 7, because she shares joint custody of the little girl with ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

Meanwhile Stefani and Shelton continue to make no secret of their love. During the annual Clive Davis pre-Grammys party on Feb. 14, the duo got hot-and-heavy as they watched onstage performances at the Beverly Hills hotel.

Just last Friday, Stefani, 46, debuted a new single of her own, titled "Make Me Like You," which clearly points to her budding relationship with Shelton, 39.

The source added, "Blake absolutely loves the boys, and plays football, soccer and other games. Blake gets down and dirty with the boys and they love it."
