Child Star Drake Bell Headed To Jail

Drake Bell is headed to jail as part of a plea deal stemming from his DUI arrest last winter.
According to reports, a judge sentenced the former Drake & Josh star to a paltry 96 hours in the Los Angeles County Jail.
As part of the generous agreement, the 30-year-old Nickelodean star, who recently released a new album, Ready Set Go!, must attend an alcohol education course and will be placed on probation for four years.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Bell was arrested in Glendale, Calif., last winter after cops spotted him "swerving and speeding."
According to Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot, officers administered a sobriety test after they smelled alcohol emanating from Bell's vehicle.
The former Drake & Josh star allegedly failed the test and was arrested at the scene.
Bell was charged with his first DUI in 2010 after he was arrested in San Diego.
