It's history repeating for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey's troubled husband, Peter Thomas!

RadarOnline.com has obtained legal documents that show Thomas has been slapped with an eviction notice and a demand to cough up $1869 for back rent and fines on his relocated Atlanta restaurant, Bar One. The Auburn Avenue property was the second location for Thomas' eatery — but he was never able to open its doors for business before getting kicked out.

The owner of the premises is demanding Thomas pay $1,500 for June rent, $250 in late fees and another $119 to cover the court filing fee.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Thomas was also slapped with a $100,000 lawsuit in the beginning of 2014 after he "breached a lease agreement by failing to pay rent and other fees including late fees, bank charges, real estate property taxes and unpaid utilities" for Bar One in its previous location, as well as on property used for Bailey's modeling agency and talent company.
