Tarek El Moussa is still dealing with his thyroid and testicular cancers — and the wrath of his ex!

The Flip or Flop star appeared on Radio Andy with Andy Cohen, and told the Watch What Happens Live host, “to this day, the aftermath of cancer never goes away.”

Tarek, 35, explained that he had to get one of his testicles removed after he was diagnosed — and has a “fake ball” to replace it!

“I asked for an extra large one,” he joked, adding that his friends call him the “one nut wonder” now.

Tarek was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2013 — and testicular cancer just one month after. His cancer has been in remission since at least January 2017, just a few months before he split with estranged wife Christina.

Meanwhile, the show must go on!

The reality star also revealed that “five episodes of Season 7” of Flip of Flop are already in the can, and they are set to air later this month. He revealed that there will NOT be any divorce drama with Christina on air, as “the goal is to create a good show” around house flipping — and contractor Gary Anderson will not be on the show either. (Anderson notoriously dated Christina in the months after her split from Tarek.)

“Produce it on Bravo and then we could have some fun,” he teased Cohen, 49.

But, RadarOnline.com previously reported that his ex, 33, wanted her own spinoff!
