Catelynn Lowell is coming home! One month after the Teen Mom OG star entered an Arizona treatment center for depression and anxiety, her husband Tyler Baltierra revealed his wife is checking out of the facility.
"Me & Tootie are off to Arizona to go get @catelynnmtv," he captioned a photo with his 1-year-old daughter on April 9. "I can't wait to come home with my wife & my whole family together again."
Baltierra, 24, continued how her month-long stay hasn't been easy on him.
"This past month has been a little rough by myself, but nothing I wouldn't do all over again for my family," he wrote. "Cate's health, safety & security, has & always will be my main priority. I love you Babe & can't wait to kiss your face & hold you in my arms again! #BaltierraFamilyStrong."
Lowell, 24, revealed last week how she's been improving at the treatment center.

"Just wanted to know I'm doing great," she tweeted on April 5th. "Best decision I have ever made for myself… I'll be home soon."
The TMOG star entered rehab in March after struggling with postpartum depression since the birth of her daughter in January 2015.
"I didn't really know and I still don't know what's going on with my postpartum," Lowell told Life & Style In January. "For a while I felt fine, but I've always suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks."
