Could Rob Kardashian be in jail when his baby daughter is born? RadarOnline.com has learned that there is still an ongoing police investigation into text threats he made to Blac Chyna's other man, Pilot Jones — despite the fact that Kardashian apologized!

As RadarOnline.com reported, Jones filed a criminal threat complaint against Kardashian, 29, last week after the reality star sent Jones homophobic and racist texts over his fling with Blac Chyna.

"Because Rob was recently charged with battery and petty theft for an altercation that he got into with a photographer last year, he knows that this threat could potentially send him to jail," the source told RadarOnline.com.

"So he sucked it up and called Pilot to tell him that he was sorry and that he would never actually hurt him," the insider said, adding, "Rob is really scared right now and he wishes this would all go away."

The cheating scandal exploded last week when RadarOnline.com published a series of photos of Blac Chyna and Jones engaged in a steamy make out session while she was dating Kardashian.

Chyna claimed that Jones was "gay" and trying to "extort" her, but seemingly jealous Kardashian erupted on Jones in a series of nasty texts.
