Andrea Constand: I Was 'FROZEN' During Bill Cosby Sex Attack

Andrea Constand, the woman who has accused Bill Cosby of sexually molesting her in 2004, took to the stand on Tuesday during the disgraced comedian's sexual assault trial, and the details she's sharing about the incident are not pretty. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the former Temple University employee became temporarily paralyzed during the alleged attack.
After Cosby allegedly drugged her, Constand testified that she didn't tell him to stop once she woke up to what she claims was him raping her. "In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move or my legs to move, but I was frozen," she said.
Constand claims Cosby gave her three pills which he convinced her were herbal. "He opened his hand and he had three blue pills in his hand, he said these will help you relax. I said, ‘What are they? Are they natural? Are they herbal?’ And he nodded his head and said ‘Yes, put them down,’" she described to the jury.
It only took 30 minutes for the now 44-year-old to feel the effects of the drug and reveals she began to have trouble with her speech and vision. “I said, ‘I see two of you,’” she continued. “Mr. Cosby stood up, and I stood up. Cause he said you probably need to relax, and when I stood up, my legs were not strong, and I began to panic a little bit ... But I knew I couldn’t really get up and go anywhere at the same time, because my legs were rubbery, I was in no state of mind."
She recalled of the horrifying moment, stating to the jury, “I was laying on my left side and Mr. Cosby placed a pillow under my neck, I don’t really remember passing out, I have no recollection until some point later, I was jolted awake, I felt Mr. Cosby rubbing my breasts under my shirt and something inside my vagina going in and out and he placed my hand on his penis and moved it back and forth.”
The near-80-year-old is being charged on three counts of sexual assault. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison. Since Constand's claim, more than 40 women have come out accusing Cosby of sexual assault.
