Nearly a week after giving birth and enduring some delivery room drama, Kim Kardashian has headed hom, with baby daddy Kanye West and their daughter North, RadarOnline is reporting.

The only question now is: where, exactly, is home?

That’s an important question because Kim, 32, and Kanye, 36, really don’t have their own home yet and have been planning to move in with her mother Kris Jenner.

But after unexpectedly giving birth Saturday morning, week early, Kim is well rested enough to leave Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angelees.

The new family split from the hospital overnight Thursday, according to E!, which is home to Kim’s multiple reality TV shows.

Baby North was born via natural delivery but weighed less than five pounds and was put in an incubator. She is strong enough now to be discharged from the hospital.

And while Kim gushed about the experience of having first child, giving her first quotes to good pal Ryan Seacrest, Kanye was remained publicly silent.

Kanye was by Kim’s side the entire time as he rushed to the hospital Friday night, skipping the listening party for his new album Yeezus. As RadarOnline.com was first to report Kim cried tears of pain and joy in the delivery room. Her mother was also there, recording parts of the birth with a home camera and the footage, says sources, is not intended for broadcast.

Meanwhile the baby’s name North has sparked all sort of comments, with family insiders revealing they will call her Nori.
