“The Defendants' intentional, malicious acts and practices caused him to suffer unnecessary and unwanted infliction of pain, violating personal liberty rights and mental anguish, and inadequate medical care,” the court papers claim. He alleged the medical provider disregarded an appointment with him. He claims his hand remains “permanently damaged.” The case was also dismissed.

Robert Gill Jr. claimed he appealed his sentence and was given a court date for January 8, 2018 in a lawsuit filed on October 29, 2018. He claimed he won his appeal. “Hamilton County and Silverdale said my out-date was February 12, 2018,” the complaint read. “My out-date was changed to March 4, 2018, which puts me at 5 months day for day not including any good time I had been receiving.” He is asking to be reimbursed for every day he served over his time.
