A landlord in New York City has been arrested after he allegedly killed three of his tenants and then walked into a local precinct and confessed to the murders, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Around 7:15 a.m. on Nov. 14, David Daniel, 54, showed up to the 113th Precinct station house in Queens and told police he was “having issues” with his tenants, who were behind on their rent payments, as Front Page Detectives reported.
The officer asked for further details and Daniel calmly said he “did something bad,” New York Police Department Assistant Chief Kevin Williams said during a press conference.
While talking to police, Daniel said he “killed three people and he gave the location and that he left the backdoor open,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told the New York Post.
Police arrived at the address Daniel gave them and found three victims, who were all pronounced dead on scene, officials said.
According to The Post, the suspect’s girlfriend was found in an upstairs bedroom face down in her bed. The other two victims, a couple, were found together face-up in a basement bedroom.

In his alleged confession, Daniel told cops that “he had problems with his girlfriend and that the two [people] in the basement had not been paying their rent,” Kenny said.
No details were given on how long the tenants lived there or how far behind on rent they were.
The names and ages of the victims have not yet been made public.
