15-Year-Old Son of Real Housewives' Star Kim Zolciak Arrested for Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Battery After Gym Changing Room, Police Say
Kim Zolciak's 15-year-old son Kroy Biermann Jr. was arrested on aggravated sodomy and sexual battery charges.

Real Housewives star Kim Zolciak's 15-year-old son, Kroy Biermann Jr., was arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate inside a Georgia gym, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The teenager, known as KJ, was taken into custody on August 17 and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery over the alleged April incident.
Teen Accused of Assaulting Classmate
Kroy Biermann Jr., known as KJ, was accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate at a Georgia gym.
The alleged victim told police she was with KJ at Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta when he began flirting with her before leading her into a changing area, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
She claimed KJ then became physical despite her repeatedly telling him "no."
The girl accused the teenager of unwanted touching, kissing, and forcing her to perform oral s--, as well as digitally p---------- her, according to the documents.
Alleged Incident Happened in April 2026
The alleged incident involving Kroy Biermann Jr. reportedly occurred inside a changing area at Life Time Fitness in April 2026.
The alleged assault took place on April 23, although KJ was not arrested until August 17.
Investigators reportedly reviewed surveillance footage from the gym, which allegedly showed KJ at the facility that day even though he did not scan into the gym.
The alleged victim underwent a sexual assault examination the following day.
Court documents stated that no male DNA was found in her mouth or v----- at the time of the examination.
Kim Zolciak Defends Her Son
Kim Zolciak strongly denied the allegations against her son.
Zolciak has fiercely rejected the allegations against her son.
"The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged," she said in a statement in part, per The New York Post.
The reality TV star rose to fame as an original cast member of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta, appearing on the series beginning with its 2008 debut.
She later starred in the spin-off Don’t Be Tardy, which followed her life with former NFL player Kroy Biermann and their family for eight seasons.

Kroy Biermann Jr. remains behind bars without bond and will appear in court on September 1.
KJ's attorney, Jason Sheffield, also maintained that the teenager did not commit the alleged offenses.
"He is not only presumed innocent, but is in fact, innocent. I will work tirelessly to demonstrate to the District Attorney's office the mean spirited nature of these false allegations and to bring a close to this matter as quickly as possible," Sheffield's statement said in part, per the outlet.
KJ is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on September 1.
