New York City Teenager Accused of Killing Man With Rock During Dispute on Hudson River
Two men got into an argument near the Hudson River and it ended with one man dying after being hit in the head with a rock.

A New York City teenager has been accused of fatally striking a man in the head with a rock near the Hudson River in Manhattan, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Around 5 p.m. on Aug. 23, officers from the New York Police Department located the 42-year-old victim unconscious with a head injury in the waters off Washington Heights, as Front Page Detectives reported.

Investigators determined 19-year-old Miguel Cortez allegedly struck the victim in the head with a rock after the two men got into an argument near the shoreline.
Cops were called to the scene after an argument broke out between two men near the Hudson River.
The blow to the head caused the victim to tumble into the water, according to authorities.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
First responders pulled the victim out of the river.
He was then transported to a nearby hospital, where he died, according to police.
The teen suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
Cortez and the victim knew each other, according to authorities.
However, detectives have not disclosed the nature of their relationship.
