A 7-year-old girl’s decomposing body was found in the closet of a vacant apartment in Georgia and now her mother has been charged in connection with her murder, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The mummified remains of Alivia Hobbs-Jordan were discovered in DeKalb County after a neighbor reported smelling a foul odor from the vacant unit, as Front Page Detectives reported.
The neighbor went over and inspected the unit and found the deceased girl in a closet, officials said.
Authorities have not revealed the cause of the girl’s death, but they did announce that her mother, Alondra Hobbs, was charged with murder.
