A woman in California has been arrested after allegedly attacking her boyfriend with a frying pan and claw hammer before telling her dog to bite him, RadarOnline.com has learned.

On April 6, court records show Angela Hagar, 42, allegedly attacked her live-in boyfriend with several different items while he was sleeping, as Front Page Detectives reported.

According to the arrest warrant, Hagar reportedly got on his back and started choking the victim, who was not named, with a rope.

She then allegedly sicced her pit bull on the victim, who suffered dog bites to his arm, face and body, KGET-TV reported.

Hagar is also accused of using a claw hammer to hit the victim’s body and face as well as a frying pan, court records show.

Deputies wrote in the arrest warrant that the victim’s arms were so badly injured that “the bone was protruding through the skin,” KGET-TV reported.

Hagar was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated mayhem and torture.

She also faces three counts of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm causing great bodily injury, and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

She was booked into Kern County Jail and her bail was set at $1.66 million, officials said.

Hagar pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and is due back in court on April 20.

There was no motive for the attack listed in the warrant, KGET-TV reported.
