A California nanny was already behind bars for allegedly producing child porn with an 8-month-old child in her care and now prosecutors have added child molestation charges, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, Michelle Nicole Hidalgo, 28, was arrested on Sept. 23 after an unidentified social media company alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about pornographic images of an infant being shared on their platform, as Front Page Detectives reported.
Hidalgo was working as a part-time caregiver for the baby at the time of the incident.
She was accused of sending sexually explicit photos of the infant to an unidentified user on the platform, according to an affidavit obtained by KTVU.
The two chatted on the social media platform, officials said.
Hidalgo allegedly offered to take more photos and said she would engage in oral sex with the baby, according to the affidavit.

Hidalgo was initially charged with seven counts of producing and distributing child pornography and was held on a $700,000 bond in the Contra Costa County Jail, authorities said.
