Prosecutors argued that Hunter killed Summer after learning she developed an online relationship with a woman in England.

However, his defense team argued that Summer threatened him with a gun and told him, “You don’t deserve to live.”

Security camera footage was captured and played during the trial, which showed Summer pleading, “Please! Please! Please! I’ll stay! I’ll do anything! Don’t kill me!,” the Montgomery Advertiser reported.

Hunter reportedly said “Nope” several times before he shot his wife in the head with a revolver.

Doctors were able to deliver baby Everett via emergency C-section and he survived for about two hours before dying.

While prosecutors were seeking the death penalty against Tatum, Summer’s family approved the plea deal, officials said.
